Five hour minimum staffing requited for setup / Teardown and Food Service only. There is an additional $100 Charge for Personal or Rental Dish / Glass Scrape and Rinse Service.

50 – 99 GUESTS – TWO UNIFORMED ATTENDENTS AT $125 EACH.
100 – 199 GUESTS – THREE UNIFORMED ATTENDENTS AT $125 EACH.
200 – 300 GUESTS – FOUR UNIFORMED ATTENDENTS AT $125 EACH.
$25.00 / hours per attendent for additional time over initial five hours.

Plastic wares (Plates, Forks and Cups) as well and Napkins will be $1.50 per person. Our staff is TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) Certified and hold Grayson County Food Managers Permits.

AGREEMENT: A FIFTY PERCENT (50%) DEPOSIT IS DUE FIFTEEN (15) DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DATE OF THE EVENT. SHOULD THE EVENT BE CANCELED BETWEEN THE FOURTEENTH (14TH) DAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT AND THE DATE OF THE EVENT, THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. A GUARANTEED NUMBER OF GUESTS IS REQUIRED WITH THE DEPOSIT. BALANCE OF PAYMENT DUE DATE OF EVENT UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING.
